Health guarantee reads: "Purchaser agrees to take said puppy to his/her vet within two business days of purchase date. Breeder gives puppy replacement guarantee or refund of money paid minus the deposit or sales fees - minimum of 100.00 for any congenital defect. All veterinary expence is responsibility of buyer. Breeder has up to one year for replacement puppy. Breeder has 30 days to refund money. Buyer will be notified of next available litter born if no littermates are left or buyer chooses to get a puppy from a different breeding."
"Pet guarantee is replacement for $250.00 if at one of age this puppy does not rate at least a hip score of moderate from the OFA or at least 30% after 4 months with PENN-HIP. Breeder guarantee is replacement for $250.00 if at one year of age does not rate at least a Fair with the OFA or at least 40% after 4 months old with PENN-HIP. Year guarantee covers replacement for half of total amount paid or minimum of $250.00. This guarantee covers any congenital defect. A written letter from licensed veterinarian must be submitted to breeder's vet explaining diagnosis and severity."
